The Technical Center of Taiyuan Boiler Group Co., Ltd. employs a team of design professionals with extensive experience in boilers and pressure vessels. The entire design process—ranging from theoretical analysis and design optimization to the production of comprehensive construction drawings and documentation—utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) technologies. Notably, our Technical Center pioneered the adoption of 3D computer-aided design within the domestic boiler industry, enabling the virtual pre-assembly of boiler designs.
Phase 1: Stable Operation (1997-2005). Built the theoretical framework of "Steady-State Design" for CFB boilers and launched the first generation of standardized CFB boiler products, ending the era of empirical design for CFB boilers and overturning traditional CFB boiler design concepts.
Phase 2: Coal and Electricity Conservation (2005-2012). Trained over 20 Master's graduates in Thermal Engineering from Tsinghua University, built the theoretical framework of "Fluid State Reconstruction" for CFB boilers, and launched the second generation of low-bed-pressure energy-saving CFB boiler products, completely solving the three major global challenges that plagued CFB boiler development: high coal consumption, high electricity consumption, and severe wear.
Phase 3: Ultra-Low Emissions (2012-2017). Built the theoretical framework of "Fluid State Reconfiguration" for CFB boilers and launched the third generation of ultra-low-emission CFB boiler products. The core of this technology is the proactive achievement of original ultra-low emissions of SO2 and NOx during the combustion process, completely breaking through domestic and international perceptions of the inherent pollution control capabilities of coal-fired CFB combustion.
Phase 4: Low-Carbon Intelligence (2017-present). Completely built a low-carbon engineering design system integrating boiler main unit, auxiliary equipment, environmental protection, and control as a deeply integrated whole. In October 2021, launched the latest scientific and technological achievement of the new generation of low-carbon CFB boiler cogeneration systems based on "multi-fuel capability, in-furnace ultra-low emissions, ultra-high energy efficiency, and flexible intelligence."
